When you interact with our Services we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, such as when you contact us with inquiries register for access to Services, use certain Services, or allow third parties to provide us with information to contact you. Here are some examples of Personal Data we may collect from you:
- We may collect your email address or other Personal Data that you provide to us either in an e-mail or if you contact us with a question or inquiry.
- We may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other Personal Data that you provide to us if you contact us for employment.

The above list provides examples of the Personal Data that may be collected through our Services. In addition, we may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and other Personal Data that you provide to us by completing a registration questionnaire or providing your business card to us at a trade show or other conference or meeting.
When you interact with us through our Services, we receive and store certain anonymous information. To make our Services more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect information from visitors, such as browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (which is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer or device when you use the Internet, and which may vary from session to session) domain name and/or a date time stamp from your visit. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
We may also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you, including Personal Data, to improve our Services, as well as for marketing analytics and Service operation purposes.
E. Google Analytics
On behalf of the operator of the website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Such data collection and storage can be contested at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you may prevent the collection by Google of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of a Service (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by using the following link to download and install the available browser plug-in.
F. Information Collected from Third Party Companies
We may receive Personal Data and/or Anonymous Data about you from companies that provide our Service by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website or companies or individuals that offer their products on our Website or through our Service. These third party companies and individuals may supply us with Personal Data. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our website in order to improve the Service we provide.
G. Registration and Sharing Through Third Party Services
We may offer single sign-on Services that allow you to use third party login credentials to sign into our Service. With your express permission, we may also transfer information contained in your third party profile to your profile information for our Services. We may also enable you to import information about who you are connected to, as well as enable you to share information with those third party sites. You may discontinue this sharing in conjunction with our Services at any time through your preference page.
H. Information You Share Through our Services
In the course of your use of our Services, certain Personal Data that you provide, such as your name, may be displayed through certain Services (and so available to the public) and connected to all of your activity with the Service. If you choose to associate your Personal Data with your Service activity, other users of the Service with whom you have chosen to reveal your Personal Data through the Service may be able to associate you with your Service activity.
If you access such a Service from a shared computer or a computer in an Internet café, unless deleted, certain information about you may also be visible or accessible to other individuals who use later use the same computer.
I. Social Media Buttons
On our website we use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube. The plug-ins can be identified by the social media buttons marked with the logo of the provider of the respective social media networks. We have implemented these plug-ins using the so-called 2-click solution. This means that when you surf on our website, personally identifiable information will initially not be collected by the providers of these social media plug-ins. Only if you click on one of the plug-ins will your personally identifiable information be transmitted: By activating the plug-in, data is automatically transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored by them (in the case of US providers your personally identifiable information will be stored in the US). We neither have influence on the collected data and data processing operations conducted by the providers, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes or the retention periods.

J. Use of Collected Information
By way of further illustration, we and our affiliated companies may use your Personal Data and other non-identifiable or anonymous information collected through our Services, as applicable, to:

- Facilitate the creation of and secure an account for you for the Services.

If you provide us with Personal Data, for instance when ordering products or information material, we treat the Personal Data in compliance with applicable law and regulations. To the extent these regulations allow the collection, processing or use of Personal Data without a separate formal consent for the processing of orders or inquiries, we will observe the applicable legal requirements and limits while obtaining formal consent where required. When registering for a newsletter, your email address will be used for the purpose of providing you with the newsletter until you unsubscribe. Opting-out of receiving our publications is possible at any time.
If you choose to provide us with Personal Data, we may transfer that information to our affiliates and subsidiaries or to other third parties, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your Personal Data to the United States, or other jurisdictions, which may not have the same data protection laws as the EU and other regions. K. Creation of Anonymous Data
We may also use your Personal Data to create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Service and improve site navigation. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
L. Our Disclosure of Your Information
We are not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are certain circumstances, however, where we may share your Personal Data with third parties without further notice to you, as described below:

We may provide your Personal Date to our vendors or other service providers to help us bring you the Services we offer or to facilitate our transactions with you. Specifically, we may share the Personal Data you have provided to us with vendors who house our servers, host our sies, for shipping and delivery, to manage and service our data, distribute e-mails, manage brand and product promotions, manage accounts, prepare invoices, send email updates about Pathmind and its Services, remove repetitive information from our customer lists, process payments for our products and services, and provide certain Services and features. Where we utilize third parties for the processing of Personal Data, we endeavor to implement reasonable contractual and technical protections limiting the use of that information to the purposes we specify.
- We may disclose your Personal Data to those third parties to whom you ask us to send Personal Data.
- We may offer products or services jointly with other companies and we may share your information with that company in connection with your use of the product or service.
- As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
M. No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing
We and users of our Services do not tolerate spam. You should make sure to set your Pathmind communication preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer.
N. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Data
You may change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile within your Pathmind account or by sending an e-mail to us at the e-mail address set forth below. We will take reasonable steps to update or correct Personal data that you have previously provided to us via the Services. You may also request that we delete your Personal Data. which we will do subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements, in which case we will only retain such Personal Data for so long as such requirement persists. Upon your request, we will close your Service account and remove your Personal Data from view as soon as reasonably possible, based upon your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We retain Personal Data for closed accounts to comply with applicable law or regulations, prevent fraud, for archival purposes, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our terms for Services, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and if you are an EU data subject, or under certain other national or state laws, you have the right to request: (i) access to your Personal Data; (ii) correction of your Personal Data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; (iii) deletion of your Personal Data; and (iv) object to the processing of your Personal Data on compelling legitimate grounds relating to your personal situation. Where we have obtained your consent for the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, including opting-out from the use of such information for direct marketing purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect Personal Data provided to us via the Services from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including using a variety of technical and organizational security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Data. We also use firewalls and other industry standard technologies and procedures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and your Personal Data is processed in secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons with access rights to these systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and technologies. No Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free and our Services may not be secure. As you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your Personal Data that they collect from our Services. R. Online Tracking
Certain pages on our website may have software or lines of code installed within the page that provide us with information about the “clickstream” of our visitors during their visit to our Service. This also allows us to know which pages the visitors came from, what navigational paths they took, and which areas of the site they visited. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
